3. Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights
Image Ownership: Lover's Lens retains the full copyright of all photographs and visual media created during any assignment or displayed on this website, in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Client Usage Rights: Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to print, display, and share their delivered wedding images for non-commercial use. Commercial use, resale, or unauthorized editing (including heavy filtering) of delivered files without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Online Client Galleries
Access: Online galleries provided to clients (via third-party platforms) are password-protected or accessible via private links.
Expiration: Client galleries are hosted for a specified duration as detailed in the individual client agreement. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all high-resolution images prior to gallery expiration.
5. Third-Party Links & Tools
